Abstract (EN)

This research aims to examine the effect of organizational trust on the relationship between techno-stress and organizational commitment. The research investigated whether organizational trust has a mediating role in the effect of technostress on organizational commitment based on a sample of 390 employees working in the banking, finance, and engineering sectors. These sectors were examined because they involve high mental effort and rely on the use of constantly changing digital tools and systems under intense time pressure. The data were collected using the survey technique based on quantitative research methods through Google Forms, and the analyses were conducted using SPSS and the SPSS Hayes PROCESS plugin. The findings have shown that organizational trust plays a full mediating role in the relationship between techno-stress and organizational commitment. The study aimed to contribute to the development of new perspectives on human resource management in the fields of banking, finance, and engineering.
