Abstract (EN)

In the working environment, one of the risk factors in terms of occupational health and safety is the physical risk factors. The presence of physical risk factors poses a risk to the health and safety of the person. Physical risk factors are lighting, noise, thermal comfort, vibration and pressure. In order to avoid the risks, firstly the risks are determined and the physical risk factors are determined by making the occupational hygiene measurements and by using these measurement results, the danger is prevented by taking the related laws and standards as an example. The aim of occupational hygiene measurements is to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases. These measurements are carried out by occupational safety specialists and occupational physicians. In this study, lighting, noise and thermal comfort measurements were made in 5 different sections in the textile factories and the results were evaluated in terms of employees. The lighting measurements consist of 2 day and 2 night, noise measurements in total of 20 units, thermal comfort measurements were taken in total of 20 measurements including 2 summer and 2 winter measurements in each section. Extech SDL 400 lighting meter for lighting measurements, for noise measurements, Extech SL355 noise meter (dosimeter), for thermal comfort measurements, Delta OHM HD32.1 thermal comfort meter and probes are used. The obtained data during the study showed that night and day for lighting, noise measurements for sections and thermal comfort measurements for summer and winter were compared and found to be different. As a result of the study; In general, lighting and noise measurements were found to be insufficient. Besides, thermal comfort conditions were found to be more efficient in this study. As a result, the physical risk factors in the working environment show differences in the determined measurement criteria and it is necessary to take improvement measurements by taking the necessary precautions by looking at the measurement results.
