Abstract (EN)

In this study, the perception of total quality management in a public hospital in Edirne on the effects of information sharing and the factors affecting it are examined. The study consists of two parts. In the first section the concepts of total quality management and information sharing are examined in accordance with the literature; in the second section, the information regarding working methods and the method are presented and the data collected through the general information form containing socio-demographic characteristics, characteristics of business life, properties of total quality management (TQM) training, information on TQM in the institution, TQM Scale (TQMS) and the Information Sharing Scale (ISS) and the findings obtained are given. Results, reliability analysis, socio-demographic characteristics, the findings on total quality management, the findings on information sharing, the relationship between total quality management and information sharing are discussed in a total of four sections are discussed. In the conclusion, the findings are summarized and recommendations are suggested in accordance with these results.Key Words: Information, quality, health organization, total quality management, information sharing
