Abstract (EN)

With the development of remote sensing systems, rapid and easy production of orthophoto maps is ensured with technological developments that facilitate human life. Orthophoto maps have taken their place in topographic maps due to the advantages it provides such as lower production cost compared to terrestrial methods, easy detection of the entire topographic structure, easy monitoring of settlements and easy updating of maps. With True Orthophoto production, faster and more accurate map production will be possible in coastal areas, social, cultural, industrial and tourism areas, including settlement and development areas of cities. Duplicate works especially in the state sector will be prevented and taken advantages of a great deal of time and cost savings as well. It will be ensured that decision makers can make fast, accurate and on-the-spot decisions in terms of status follow-up in the pre-disaster and post-disaster studies. An up-to-date accurate road and building inventory will be made. In this thesis study; Aerial photographs which are taken with the Ultracam Eagle M3 digital aerial camera at a 30 cm ground sample distance (GSD) with a forward overlap rate of 90% and a side overlap rate of 60% in an area of 15 km x 15 km in the Haymana region were used. 5 of the 50 ground control points installed in the land were utilized to balance the photogrammetric triangulation; Other 45 ground control points produced by the obtained balancing result will be used as control points in the analysis of the accuracy of the orthophoto, digital terrain model and digital surface model. Buildings will be delineated by creating a stereo model from digital aerial photographs and vector data were collected by elevation measures from the area where the elevation will not change over the roof of building. Accuracy analyzes were made with the obtained vector data and the ground control points data installed on the field. In this context, along with the accuracy analysis of Classical orthophoto and True Orthophoto, the accuracy analysis of the orthoimages produced from the DTM and DSM data were compared to each other, and the results were checked.
