Abstract (EN)
Consumers online shopping behavior in the first part of the study which examined the factors taht affect the marketing concept has been mentioned. The section in question related to marketing, recognition, which are related to marketing, basic concepts, the focus of the study, which is subject to the concept of online shopping, online shopping with the development of the Internet in Turkey and in the world of online shopping with the use of the preferred level has been discussed. In the second part of the study, the factors that influence consumers online shopping behaviour, consumer-related factors, psychological factors and website-related factors, including three within subheading has been investigated. In the last section of the study consumers online shopping behaviour in the context of identifying the scale generated on the findings of the survey conducted related to the implementation of the statistical analysis are given.
