Abstract (EN)
Tourism workers' Professional Values (PVs), Organizational Commitment (OC) Levels Relation was examined. Aims're developing workers' PVs, increasing their OC levels. Relational Screening Model was used. Survey, which covers Hotel, Travel, Food-Beverage Company Workers, consists of scales for PVs and OC. Likert type PVs scale has 31 factor questions, 4 answer selections. PVs Scale has 5 sub-dimensions. Source has title as Validity and reliability of the Nurses' PVs Scale's Turkish version. Likert type OC scale has 17 factor questions, 5 answer selections. OC scale has 3 sub-dimensions. Source has title as Dilemma of Silence Vortex and Commitment: Relationship Between Employee Silence and OC. Universe covers 9 Tourism companies' employers in Istanbul, Sisli. Search consists of 115 Tourism workers who were determinated according to Convenience Sampling Method. Data were analyzed by SPSS analysis methods, examined by Frequency, T-test, ANOVA, Correlation, Regression statistical programs. Organizational, Emotinal, Normative Commitment levels are high. Continuation Commitment is average. PVs are high. Emotional Commitment is high for ones who didn't receive Tourism Education. PVs increase Emotional Commitment. General OC and PVs are high. Autonomy leads to Emotional Commitment. PVs are not effective on Continuation and Normative Commitment. It's advised to keep education, reward, communication, integration as priorities.
