Abstract (EN)
Tourism activity is an international event which covers many international factor inside. Any international travel with a tourism reason (sport, entertainment, education, health, business) is a topic of international tourism. Every year approximately a billion people join international tourism activity in the World. Annual revenue of the international tourism activity is 919 billion US dollars. Besides its revenue produced tourism is the largest employment creating sector in the World. It also provides the opportunity of exchange revenue by exporting the services its on land to the countries in tourism business. Another benefit of tourism investments is countries use their local input and needed only less educated workforce. The states who think that their countries have tourism potential want to enter or enlarge in the sector because of economic and social advantages of international tourism. They accept their tourism politics as a state politics and make investments. International relations of these states shaped accordingly their tourism policy?s aspect. States try to establish friendly international relations with tourist providing countries.Turkey is not an exception of those countries. Turkey hosts more than 31 million international tourist annually and Turkish foreign policy care to establish friendly relations with those countries send tourist to TurkeyEuropean Union, Russia, and Iran. Lobby groups of tourism sector struggle to shape the states foreign and domestic policies parallel to their expectations.Key words: International tourism, Foreign policy, Number of tourist, Tourism revenue, Employment
