Abstract (EN)
This paper is evaluating comparatively the issue of interest, as a very common issue in transactions related to commerce in today's World, according to Turkey's and Afghanistan's legal systems. For this purpose, in order to know what interest is, general information will be provided. Historical development of interest is a separate subject of this paper. In order to understand the issue, all laws and regulations related to interest in Turkey and Afghanistan will be analyzed with full details. Specially, characteristics of interest, kinds of interest, interest rate and similar other subjects in according to Turkey and Afghanistan commercial laws and regulations will be examined with details. By this way as a result, the situation of interest, differences and similarities about interest in both countries will be explained.
