East Turkistan in Turkish press between 1923-1960

East Turkestan is being persecuted by the Chinese State. This persecution in the region has a historical dimension. The study examines the position of East Turkestan in the Turkish press between 1923-1960. attitudes about East Turkestan Turkey, will be put out of the press coverage. The Turkish people have been sensitive about East Turkestan and have included this issue in magazines and newspapers. The policy implemented in the early periods of the Republic and the policy implemented in the 1950s were not the same. However, regardless of the state's policy, support for the people of East Turkestan has never been abandoned. In this study, the relevant periods of Cumhuriyet, Milliyet, Vatan and Hâkimiyet-i Milliye and Yeni Kafkasya newspapers and Yeni Turkistan Magazine and Turk Yurdu magazines were examined.
