Abstract (EN)
Criminal damage to property is one of the most frequently committed crimes in Turkey. In this study, the criminal damage to property shall be first analyzed from the point of criminal law, as regulated in Article 151 of Turkish Penal Code with number 5237. Within this scope, the legal good as protected by the crime, elements of the crime, aggravating circumstances and punishment of crime shall be examined.
