Abstract (EN)
With the change of act no 4688 in 2012, syndicate rights of civil servants in Turkey evolved and changed. This thesis abstract the evolution and change at the syndicate rights of civil servants in Turkey. In this context public servants right of syndicate in Turkish law is examined.
