Abstract (EN)

Turkish is the history, civilization, literature, culture which a young girl embroiders on her canvass. No stitch can be ignored in this embroidery, which is weaved by stitching. Foreign language learning is the period of meeting and socializing with the culture of the language which is learned. The place of Dede Korkut Stories is undeniable in this embroidery of Turkish, which is weaved by stitching. Since it is not possible to distinguish between language and culture, it would be appropriate to use Dede Korkut Stories as a material in language teaching.
