Abstract (EN)
This thesis investigates the relationship betwen terrorism and foreign policy preferences and aiming to find out the reasons of state-sponsored terror in the case of Syria and PKK. Throughout the study, how PKK terror movement began and how become an instrument in foreign policy of neighbor countries of Turkey will be analyzed. The details of secured zones, weapon, military training and financial aids provided to PKK by Damascus will be evaluated and compared with the foreign policy objectives of Syria. Also, Turkey's reponse in military and diplomatic level against PKK terror and Syria goverment was taken into evaluation and examined the measures taken against terrorizm.
