An analysis of strengths and weaknesses of state universities in Turkey according to their strategic plans

In this study, the strengths and weaknesses of the state universities in Turkey, will be made by examining the SWOT analysis made in the context of its strategic plans. The purpose of this study, the year of establishment of public universities in Turkey is a strong and weaknesses, and to determine whether or geographic region is connected to the city was founded. In addition, SWOT analyzes will also be subjected to a review and recommendations will be developed for the implementation of SWOT analyzes. In this context, the following questions will be sought: a) While strengths and weaknesses are listed; a. How many items/factors have been written? b. Is the weight assigned to a given factor? b) Do the strengths and weaknesses differ in terms of universities established before and after 2006? c) Are the strengths and weaknesses different in terms of central and environmental universities? d) Do the strengths and weaknesses differ according to geographical regions?
