In the second part, besides the legal regulations and practices in the Turkish Law on human trafficking, the practices related to the subject have been tried to be compared with the countries of Sweden, Germany and Netherland. Keywords: Human trafficking, Turkish Penal Code, Palermo Protocol, victim identification process.
