Law state and independence of the judiciary in Turkey

This study examines the rule of law and judicial independence in Turkey. Constitutional state and concept of judiciary, conceptual development process of state of law and general characteristics of state of law will be examined in the first part. In the second part, how much of these issues, which are conceptually discussed in the first part, is put into practice in the constitutional process will be evaluated. The development process of the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary will be examined constitutionally and separately in this section. And our third chapter, firstly we will refer to status of judicial independence and stance against other forces right after we will talk about secured judges who are the defenders of the judiciary and the providers of justice and The independence of the judiciary and the guarantee of the judiciary within the scope of the rule of law will be evaluated for our country. In the conclusion, what can be done in order to strengthen the judiciary and to accelerate the manifestation of justice will be mentioned in the light of this study.
