Abstract (EN)
Outlined in this section of the thesis work of monetary policy and financial stability of the concepts will be working on identifying. Although there has been an important consensus on the definition ofmonetary policy and price stability in the literature, the situation is more uncertain and diverse for the definition of financial stability. This is mainly due to the facts that there is no single quantitative indicator for financial stability, it is difficult to estimate developments in financial stability, developments in financial stability are only partly controllable, there is generally a conflict between the policies to reach financial stability and resilience and efficiency, and there is a time inconsistency for the policy requirement of financial stability.As a result , monetary policy applicating to obtain price stability is essential for a stable macroeconomik performance. The information will be explained given about the monetary and stabilization policies applied in Turkey after 1980
