Turkey in way of health financing and spending practices in public hospitals

Since people?s right to life is sacred, health is also an inalienable right. Protection of people?s health and offer of health services to regain the health in the event of sickness is quite important. To improve the quality of health services, it?s needed to spend more. Although health needs are unlimited, sources allocated to them is limited. In order for health services to be maintained efficiently, efficient use of these existing limited sources and new sources of finance are needed.With the increase of sources of finance allocated to health services in Turkey, more efficient offer of health services could be achieved. In the present-day Turkey, circulating capital applications have started to be used more efficiently in health finance.
