Health policy and economic sustainability in Turkey

In this study, health and illness as the basis of health care are analyzed with the affects of habit of getting benefit from the service on the health expenses according to state authority, which is obliged to meet the needs, report, in which health service politics are evaluated with economical signs. Changes in the health system, questioning of the effectiveness and sustainability of the expenditures made for the effective use of health care are discussed in terms of illness culture in the context of the disease reforms.Key Words: Health, Disease Health Economics, Health Status Indicators, Health Expenditure, Sustainability, Culture of illness
