Abstract (EN)

In this study, the aim is to determine the vocabulary in the written accounts of Turkmenistan students who learn Turkish as a foreign language. Document review is used as a method. For this purpose, the words written by 55 students in 3 separate C1 court-finishing examinations, where Turkmen students are heavily located, were transferred to the Microsoft Word Program in accordance with the specified criteria. The Online Word Counter Program was used to determine the frequency of words. The subjects of 3 separate exchange examinations were analyzed separately because the subjects were different. The data obtained were analyzed in terms of gender, age, department variables and presented as tables. The data obtained as a result of the study was compared with previous studies. As a result, it was found that the students' vocabulary was inadequate and recommendations were made for students and for those who are engaged academically in this field.
