Abstract (EN)
The actors around the institutional organizations are producing some information to organizations to say what to do and how to do. The actors like business schools, academicians, gurus, consulting firms, media and international businesses are produce, diffuse and consume these concepts resulting as management knowledge. Therefore, just like dress fashions, management knowledge become passing, quickly consumed, quickly adopted and quickly abandoned practices. A few practices may institutionalize and settle to the structures and processes of organizations.This study examines the role of Capital magazine, which is one of the media provides management knowledge widespread diffusion from the producer to the consumer and has the highest sales trend and positioned as a mediator in business and management area.
