Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine parasitoid species and rates in eggs, larvae and pupae of Leaf roller (LR), Archips rosana (Linnaeus) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) in Uşak center and its district and in Çivril district of Denizli in 2018 and 2019. In addition, population monitoring of pests with pheromone traps is carried out in Sivaslı district of Uşak province and Çivril district of Denizli province. The eggs, larvae and pupae belonging to the pest collected in natural conditions were kept in the laboratory and parasitoid species and their ratios were determined. As a result of the research, no parasitoids were obtained in the egg masses collected from nature in both years, and it was determined that there was parasitoid emergence in two egg masses. From the larvae and pupae collected from the nature of the pest, Exochus sp., Itoplectus maculator (Fabricius), Phytodietus astutus Gravenhorst, Scambus elegans (Woldstedt), Scambus inanis (Schrank), (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae), Apenteles glomeratus (Linnaeus), Bracon (Habrobracon) hebetor (Say), Paroplitis sp. (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), Brachymeria tibialis (Walker) (Hymenoptera: Chalcididae) and Nemorilla maculosa Meigen (Diptera: Tachinidae) species were identified as parasitoids. Although I. maculator species was found in all districts, it was determined that the most common species in terms of number was P. astutus. Parasitization was lower in the district of Çivril compared to Banaz and Sivaslı districts. From the parasitoids, P. astutus and S. inanis are the first record in Turkey. In addition to these two species, A. glomeratus, N. maculosa and Exochus sp. were first obtained as parasitoids of A. rosana. The parasitization rate was determined as 12% in Banaz, 9% in Sivaslı, 12% in the Center and 3% in Çivril, and approximately 9% in total. In the population monitoring carried out with pheromone traps in apple orchards, it was determined that the first adult individual was caught on May 24 in Çivril district and on May 30 in Sivaslı district in 2019.
