Abstract (EN)
Psychological factors occupy an important place among the factors affecting job productivity in employees. In the studies in the literature, it is seen that especially motivational factors are an important determinant on work performance and productivity. On the other hand, it is seen that there are limited studies on the factors affecting job motivation in generation Y employees.
