Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in workaholism, work-life balance, and job satisfaction among the X, Y, and Z generations. The research was conducted with individuals working in the logistics sector in Mersin. The study assessed the workaholism levels, perceptions of work-life balance, and job satisfaction levels of each generational group. These assessments were carried out using data collected through surveys and face-to-face interviews. The results indicate that each generation has different perspectives and experiences regarding these issues. The X generation typically exhibits higher levels of workaholism and faces more challenges in achieving work-life balance. In contrast, the Y generation is more conscious of work-life balance and tends to maintain a balance in job satisfaction. The Z generation, with their affinity for technology, adapts more quickly to flexible working arrangements, positively impacting their work-life balance and job satisfaction.
