Post graduate thesis abstract subsdrict Ardesen in the late 19th century and early 20th

We tried to analyze our study that is called Subsdrict Ardesen in the late 19th Century and early 20th Century, by the help of pieces from that Otoman Period and mostly from Otoman archieves.The main reason why Ardesen Subsdistrict was choosen as a research topic is absence of research on Ardesen Subdistrict. It is its rough territory and dispersed settlement with neighboring villages that put off its administrative composition. It is not possible to find every single document about Ardesen District in the period that is examined. That is why the studied field was narrowed down and by using original resouces from that period and document that was already held , the emphasis was put on Ardesen Subdistrict and villages.Otoman Archieve document of Prime Ministry, Şer?iyye registers, County annuals and other archieve documents compose the main resouces of the studyThe purpose of this thesis statement is to evaluate Ardesen Subsdistirict in the late 19th century and early 20th century on the basis of Otoman Archieves and at the light of these archieves to make interpretation about situation of the county in the early 20th century and to contribute the investigation of the past of the distrcit by examining the administrative and social composition of that period.Key Words: The Province Of Trabzon, Sanjak Of Lazistan, The County Of Atina, The County Of Ardesen
