Crime of plunder

Crime of plunder, the subject of our thesis, is examined in three main sections.With the heading of the first section being Crimes Against Estate In General, Crime of Plunder and Its Separation from Similiar Crimes, issues of concepts of property and estate, crimes against estate, damage and benefit in crimes against estate, possession, state of property belonging to someone else, classification of crimes again estate and separation of crime of plunder from similiar crimes are examined under this heading.With the heading of the second section being Turkish Criminal Law, simple plunder, looting of deed and crimes of plunder held in Law No 765 TCK are examined comparatively under this heading.Finally, with the heading of the third section being Aggravated States of Crime of Plunder, Special Apperance Forms, Order of Prosecution and Effective Repentance, issues referred under this heading are examined.Keywords: Crimes against Estate, Crime of Plunder, Coercion and Intimidation, Aggravated States
