Examination of the work program in construction works with sample projects and its effects on business self-management and non-compliance-developing solutions

In construction works, many negativities arise due to the fact that the work program is prepared without considering many factors, its importance is not known enough, and it is not created with a professional thinking approach. These negativities affect the time and cost calculations and other monetary conditions of the construction work. Although there are technical and legal arrangements between the administration (employer) and the Contractor, which is a party to the construction work, deficiencies and incompatibilities can be seen. In order to evaluate the construction work that will occur with a realistic approach and to reduce the problems and damages that concern all parties, scientific studies have been carried out and how to plan the construction work correctly with the data obtained as a result of these studies has been examined. In this context, relevant legislation was used, academic resources were searched, work programs of sample projects were examined, and construction site experiences were used.
