Abstract (EN)
With the rapid development of technology, people's needs increased and differentiated. People have begun to demand more and they began to get bored faster than a product or service. This has become an opportunity for businesses. Today, businesses are trying to develop more creative products and services to meet their demands. Businesses that are successful in innovation can achieve a competitive advantage in the market. One of the most important factors affecting the success of enterprises in innovation is the organizational structure. Businesses that attach importance to free thinking can make a difference in product and service development. These are enterprises where employees feel freer. They have a decentralized structure. In the literature, this structure is called the organic organization structure. On the contrary, the structures of mechanical organizations draw attention to their understanding of centralism. It has high hierarchies. Not all employees have a say in making decisions. In this study, creativity and innovation management will be examined and the effects of different organizational structures will be explained.
