Public private partnerships at local public services: Example of Çanakkale Municipality

Public good and services have been subjected to privatization rapidlyin creasing through out the developed and undeveloped countries in recentyears. In the third and last part ?Çanakkale Municipality? will be discussed that is the concrete example of how to again functionalty of PPP in local public goods and services.
