Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to investigate the purpose of this research in the field of the study of Sultanbeyli, Sancaktepe, Tuzla, Çekmeköy, Kadıköy, Kartal, Ataşehir, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Sarıyer, Maltepe, Pendik, Beykoz, Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Gaziosmanpaşa, Bahçelievler, Avcılar, Beşiktaş, Eyüp, Esenyurt, Based on the views of class and branch teachers working in educational organizations affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in their districts, administrators should determine the effects of their management styles on their ability to solve conflict situations. In the research, a questionnaire was developed by the researcher to resolve the conflict situations of the management styles of the managers. In the analysis of the data, frequency (N) and percentage (%) values are calculated for all independent variables. The "t Test" was used to test the difference between independent means. The "ANOVA Test" was also used to test the difference between the more independent averages. Some of the results obtained from the research are as follows: Female teachers are responsible for school principals; Less orders, less trouble, less intimidation and intimidation. School principals by teachers between the ages of 41-50; It tried to solve the problems with the power of less laws and authority and tried to solve the problems by giving fewer orders. School administrators by graduate alumni; More often than not, when he perceives the problem, he immediately tried to solve it and he solved the problem by making more meetings and meetings. School principals by primary school teachers; More favorable opinion, the way to solve the problem while looking for ways to produce a lot of choices and more positive opinions, meeting the problem solved the problem is reached. School principals are taught by private school teachers; More positive opinions, trying to better understand their employees and giving a more positive opinion, solved the problems by establishing good relations with employees. Teachers have often stated at the highest level that school leaders care about the ideas of employees and use their ideas to solve problems. As a result; According to the teachers' view, that the managers have enough skills to solve the conflict situations of the management styles.
