The role of industry 4.0 in the effect of environmental, cultural and technological changes on management funstions in the context of managemenet 4.0 forecast: A study on ISO 1000 enterprises

Changing environmental conditions, cultural changes and advancing technological developments have led to developments in management functions. The aim of this thesis, which is carried out according to the exploratory sequential mixed design, is to determine the impact of factors such as environmental changes, cultural changes and technological developments on management functions through Industry 4.0 technologies and to examine in depth the underlying elements of the qualitative findings obtained. In order to clarify the research problem, the study was conducted with 401 participants in the quantitative part and 10 participants in the qualitative part. As a matter of fact, a discussion was held on the prediction of Management 4.0 and the reality of this prediction was discussed. It has been concluded that there should be a new understanding of management and that there are managerial paradigm changes. As a result of the final research, it is concluded that the use of Industry 4.0 technologies is not widespread in Turkey. However, business managers in Turkey are aware of the need to use Industry 4.0 technologies.
