As well as economic objectives, the human psychological dimension, to a place in society and want to have a career to be successful, male or female, separating the lack of career goals within their interests and aspirations of all employees, but the place of the presence of various obstacles arising from gender differences in front of the woman It is located. Over time, an increasing number of women in business is reflected in the very limited management positions. The main objective of this study Gender differences of employees in the tourism sector, the sensitivity of his career priorities and work conditions to explain what would happen. In addition, gender discrimination and inequality of opportunity for women in the tourism sector, mobbing is alive, whether it is the home of bias against female managers and aimed to examine whether it remains in the dilemma between work life. A questionnaire was used to collect data in research. The population of the study constitutes the province of Istanbul working in managed hotel located on the European side. The scope of this research were 100 people using simple random sampling method. The SPSS 21.0 statistical software package for data analysis were used. To analyze the data, frequency, percentage, mean, dependent on the section descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing variables have been used as the standard deviation of the normal distribution must comply with the non-parametric Kruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney test. According to the survey; gender discrimination in the tourism sector have been made to appear to be a hidden bias against female executives.
