شَــــرحُ ذخــــرِ المتأهِّلــيــن للبَرْكَـــويِّلمحمدِ بنِ وليِّ بن رسولِ القِرشَهْريِّ الأزْمِـيريِّ( ١١٦٥ هــ)دراسةً وتحقيقاً

The researcher chose two copies of a manuscript of the Hanafi jurisprudence about Ritual purity after menstruation, postpartum, and Istihadha. It is about the explanation of Muhammad Bin Wali Ibn Rasul Al-Qir Shahri's Zokhr Al Motahleen, "The Treasure of the Qualified". The first copy was from Izmir library and the latter was from the Tekeli-oğlu Library. The first copy is the original copy, as it was the oldest codification and then The researcher compared both copies to reach an authentic and a reliable copy as much as possible. At the first section of the thesis, the researcher introduced a general study tackled the author of the manuscript, the topic, the approach that the author followed, and introduced the owner of the book that was explained in the main text of the book. Moreover, a description for both manuscripts was also introduced with images for both manuscripts extracted from the beginning, middle, and the last part of the manuscript. The researcher then tackled the investigative methodology of the study and the data analysis which tackled in the second chapter of the study. At the end of the study, the findings concluded the importance of highlighting the role of Turkish scientists in serving the Islamic law and its sciences Keywords:
