Özet (EN)

Aim: In our study, we aimed to retrospectively evaluate the cytogenetic analyzes of chorionic villus, cordocentesis and abortus materials, to present a comprehensive data study and to support the obtained data with statistics. Material and Method: In this study, 317 chorionic villus, cordocentesis and abortion materials coming to Dicle University Faculty of Medicine Genetic Diagnosis Laboratory between 2003-2018 were examined by chromosome analysis method. Results: According to the results of the cytogenetic analysis performed in our study, 262 (83%) of the sample materials of 317 patients were found to have normal chromosomes and 53 (13%) chromosomal anomalies. In these analysis evaluations, it was determined that the number of trisomic anomalies was high. It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the parameters of age, smoking, consanguinity, drug use, number of recurrent miscarriages and stillbirths and chromosomal analysis results of the 317 patients we examined. (p> 0.005). Conclusion: According to the cytogenetic analysis results, trisomic anomalies are among the common anomalies in our study in accordance with the literature. No relationship was found between the parameters we examined and the chromosomal analysis results.
