Abstract (EN)
The construction sector works in conjunction with many sectors due to its general structure. This situation creates a mobility in the market. Growth, increase and mobility in the construction sector are automatically affecting the economy of the country. The impact of the construction sector on Turkish economy can be summarized as follows. A service building, which is planned and / or planned to be constructed, affects employment at first. However, since human power is not the only source during construction and so many materials such as concrete, brick, cement, iron, etc. are used it contributes to the industrialization in which these materials are produced. In addition, employment is taking place once again in a service building, after the construction of the building is finished and the activity has started. For this reason, construction of public service buildings affects countries even more positively in terms of economics activity. In this work , the global financial crisis of 2008 will be examined in detail and the consequences of this crisis will be assessed in terms of the impact on Turkey and the strengthened measures . In addition to these, all will examine how the construction sector in Turkey has been affected as a result of the 2008 global financial crisis. In this context , it has been assessed that the efficiency of the housing sector, which is taken up by using the TOPSIS methodology, that the housing sector in Turkey is financed on an increasing affects other sectors. Using the TOPSIS method, we can see how the Turkish Economy performed in the 1980-2015 period. As a result of the analysis, the best performance of the selected economic variables for the Turkish economy was found in 2004 year. The year in which the worst performance was exhibited was found in 1999.
