Comparative analysis of health and retirement system before and after 2010?

Behaviors and expectations of individuals working in private and public sector and determination of the current situation of health and retirement systems were tried to be ascertained by using SPSS 15 statistical program in the applied thesis study directed to problems before and after 2010. Besides, information about deficiencies were given by comparing retirement and health systems of Turkey before and after 2010 with other world countries; dimensions of health and retirement systems in Turkey were determined. Information related to health policies of Turkey and other world countries were compared with the developed world countries in the study. Implemented health reforms of Turkey in the last ten years and statistical data directed to implemented package programs in the health system were used and analyzed. Comments were made by evaluating the results following the applied thesis study; general information about ?problems in retirement system, problems and inconveniences of retired people within this system? were acquired and solution suggestions were presented.
