Examination of values education about love and emotion themes located in the Turkish lesson books at the 6th class of primary education in the 2012-2013 academic year

This study has been made to explain the Values Education and its necessity, to specify the place and importance of Values Education in Turkish lesson to determine the problems to inform about current situation in Turkish cirruculum and lesson boks on Turkish lessons and Values Education to develop the proposal in the field of educating Turkish according to the findings abtained.İn this study, it has been examined if objectives achievements and activities of the theme of love and emotions that takes place in the 6th grades in Turkish Teacher's Books, Students' boks and workbooks which belongs to different publishers, are suitable to the Values Edudation or not.
