Abstract (EN)

In 2005, together with the change in education, our country, constructivist approach has been adopted. In this context, the constructivist approach to curriculum change destination 5E model is adopted. The necessity to examine the effectiveness of this 5E model has revealed that the introduction of schools . This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of 5E model of constructivist approach in mathematics education . Presentation of the research of constructivist approach path 5E model approach is used with the experimental group of control groups, no significant differences in levels of achievement and retention were investigated. The research also revealed the results of the experimental and control group students' SOLO taxonomy stages are classified according to the classic test of cognitive skills and the differences between the two groups have been determined. A pre -test- post-test control group experimental design was used. Research Tahsin Yentur Elementary School 29 students 6 -A and 6-B with 32 students was carried out on a total of 61 students . To obtain the data, multiple-choice tests and prepared in accordance with the SOLO taxonomy used in classical test . The findings obtained from this study , the experimental group pre-test , post-test , retention test and the classic test results were higher than the control group . As a result, the constructivist approach, prepared using the 5E model was prepared using the program more effective mathematics program revealed that the way of submission .
