ABD ve AB deneyimi işiğinda mortgage sistemi ve Türkiye

Mortgage is a housing finance system which has a very long history especially in the advanced world economies like the U.S. and Europe. One of the most effective methods of housing finance system was mortgage in 20?th. century, which has started to be implemented in our country within a short period of time. The world has been profound and increasingly from the mortgage system with the global financial crisis in 2008. The functioning of the system has brought about a questioning process. In this study, successful examples in developed countries a long time since the mortgage system is reviewed and recommendations are discussed in our country for effective implementation. For this purpose, this study of the mortgage system definition, development and mortgage types to be addressed and describes the functioning of the system. The world of best practice examples are analyzed in the study, give suggestions in order to solve our country?s housing problem. In this respect, the study emphasize that the pre-condition is to be a stable economic structure and not only credit instutions, but also the lower and middle income levels credit users should be involved in encouraging program.
