This study deals with the study and investigation of the Diwan "Nuhab al-Ashaar" called "Al-Duriyyat" by Minister Abdullah Pasha, koprily Zadeh (T. 1148 AH). The value of this Diwan comes from the scientific and political status of its author in his era, . He is one of the ministers of the Ottoman Empire, and a prominent linguist, whose fame became famous, as he gained an abundance of science and literature, and he was endowed with eloquence, sweetness of words, and delicate poetry that we find in this poetic collection. The importance of this collection also lies in the fact that it expresses the era to the author, and gives us a clear picture of the social, political and scientific life of that era. The spinning in the diwan shows us the pattern of rhetorical methods and images used in that period, as well as praise and other topics that this diwan dealt with. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the historical descriptive approach, when talking about the author's era, presenting his biographical and scientific biography, and mentioning the most prominent events that affected his personality and scientific output. In the investigated section, he followed the method of investigation and commentary in terms of: copying and adjusting the text, comparing between copies of the book, extracting sayings, sayings and poetic verses and attributing them to their sources and collections. The most important conclusions of this study were: That this poetic collection of the minister Kobrily Zadeh varied his poems in terms of the topics in which he was organized, between spinning, longing, asceticism, invocation to God Almighty, describing the Prophet PBUH and the love of God Almighty, travel and other topics. And his praise was not intended to gain and collect money, and his flirtation does not contain the words of indecency and obscenity, and he often opens his poems with a flirtatious introduction on the approach of ancient Arabic poetry, and the poet organized his collection on ten rhythms that he chose from among sixteen rhythms, The poet also used graphic images in his collection of similes and metaphors, and his collection included quotations, albeit in a few places, and his style was characterized by smoothness, ease, and distance from affectation and ambiguity in most of his poems. This is natural, as he received Islamic sciences from jurisprudence, hadith, and interpretation from the great scholars of his time, as is known in his biography. Keywords: the Arabic language.
