Abstract (EN)

Job satisfaction, manufacturing and that are active in the services sector and whether carry-profit or not moving, the structure of the labor of workers in all enterprises, in management, in relations with colleagues, work is a set of media from the success and satisfaction to the valuation and recognition system. Efficiency, quality, concepts which are important parameters such as job satisfaction because of competition comes to the fore. What do they feel about the work they handle their business activities with the prisoners who participated in this study was measured by the satisfaction scale open prison. How much of these measurements are also understood to contribute to the rehabilitation of offenders. Theoretical framework for the study of the concept in the first two parts of this study and the literature has been created. TheBasicPremiseOfThe concept ofJob satisfaction are discussed in the first part of the study all aspects. In the second part of the study subjects, giving rise to the formation of the concept of job satisfaction are discussed in details the business workshop in the prisons. InTheThirdAndFinalPartOfThe research data obtained through field work done and presented in tables it was made necessary to reviewers. A team consisting of psychological and socio-economic conditions, adverse conditions in the prison of convicts because they receive effective levels of job satisfaction in the work place while they are held to minimize the normal level. 30,06's% of normal, while job satisfaction in their work because of the low level of 54.6% and 15.34% of convicts provide a high level of job satisfaction.
