Abstract (EN)
Modern development in the economy has resulted, as in many other countries, a change in people's preferences regarding their food consumption and by extension their foundational eating habits. Due to the increased value that people hold toward their careers, as well as increased incomes, the option to consume "fast food" has become an ideal means for many who seek to make the most of their time when it comes to meals. Fast food is marketed to people of all ages and has gained importance in society due to the ease with which it's prepared and consumed, along with its affordability. The purpose of this study is to determine the eating habits of those who consume fast food in the province of Adana, as well as to determine the criteria (and the factors that shape these criteria) that influence consumers in their fast food choices.
