Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of proprioceptive training of different intensities applied to male adolescent football players on functional movement imaging and selected sports performance parameters. The research group consisted of 21 male football players who actively play football. In order to perform targeted analyses in the study, all groups randomly divided into 7 people continued their routine football training. The groups were defined as control group (CG,n=7), proprioceptive training group (PAG,n=7), comprehensive proprioceptive training group (CPAG,n=7). The effects of proprioceptive training on functional movement screen(FMS) ,vertical jump, star balance, Illinois agility and 30m sprint test scores were examined. SPSS 25.0 package program was used in data analyses. In the results of the Paired t-test of the data, statistically significant differences were detected between the pre-test and post-test results within the groups in all parameters (p<0.05). When the differences between the groups were examined as a result of the Anova Tukey Hsd test, the CPAG, PAG groups differed from the CG in the FMS Pre-test, FMS Post-test, Y balance test right composite score post-test, Vertical Jump post-test, 30m Sprint post-test scores and a positive performance increase was obtained (p<0.05). In the vertical jump post-test data, the CPAG differed from the PAG group. As a result, it was determined that the proprioceptive training applied in addition to football training created a significant difference in the dominant foot Y balance test composite score, vertical jump and 30m Sprint parameters in young football players. In addition, these findings showed that proprioceptive training is an effective corrective exercise alternative in increasing FMS scores.
