Democracy of desire and democratic experience in the web society

In an era which the concept of democracy is both used by totalitarian regimes and for justification of international military operations; the problems of the meaning of democracy for us whom lives right here and now and how democratic is the regimes which are crowned and titled as democratic regimes is at the central focus of politics. These problems exceeds the problems of regime and makes us face the main problem: what does democracy mean within our time? Those problems which we are encountered shows us that, there is a great margin of difference between living under the regime which titled as democratic regime and experiencing the democracy itself. And also those problems shows us that, gorvernment builds itself by maskind this margin of difference and uses the concept of democracy as a machine dedicated for the control of life by government rather than freedom of livings themselves. Because of this structure which the concept of democracy and the regimes that built on this concept have turned life to a machine which produces government itself, is the greatest obstacle against the experiencing the democracy; experiencing the democracy accounts for the struggle which sustained against this structure. The relationship between democracy and the struggle refers that experiencing democracy is became concrete within the struggle against that structure which turns life to a machine which produces government itself.
