Sentence types in Ahmet Hamdi Tanpinar's book, saatleri ayarlama ensti̇tüsü

This study, as a post graduate thesis, has been prepared in the light of Ahmet Hamdi Tanpinar's Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu. The study is composed of the following parts: introduction, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpinar, sentence, sort of sentences and sentence types in Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu, sentences composed of prepositions in Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu and Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu Mixed Text formed according to the sentences. In the introduction part, the studies during this thesis, subject, context, purpose and method of the study has been declared. Then, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar has been introduced, information has been given about his literary personality and his works, his works have been listed according to the genre of the works, brief information has been given about the work. Finally, analysis part has been included. In the first part, sentence concept has been largely discussed; description, factors, factor sequences, sentence classification have also been mentioned. In the second part, sentence types have been explained by taking advantage of our other philologists' opinions, especially Muharrem Ergin and Leyla Karahan, each types have been exemplified with 15 sentences from Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu as subheading. Additionally, sentences starting with prepositions have been mentioned and exemplified from the mentioned work. In the third and last part, the sentences in Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitusu have been marked according to the sentence types, conjunctions and prepositions have been listed in numbers, emphasized in capital letters. In the conclusion part of the study, detections related to the analysed text's sentence types have been supported with the numeric data. In Bibliography part, used sources are included and then autobiography has been shared in the end of the study.
