Abstract (EN)
Today we often hear concepts such as institutionalization branding family companies. However, the merger of concepts such as family companies and institutionalization increases the life of the companies. Unfortunately, family companies that cannot be institutionalized face difficulties in moving to next generations. In this study, institutionalization of tourism travel agencies is given as a sampling. Nowadays, tourism: in the economy undertakes the duty of factory without chimney. The tourism sector is making a great contribution to the increase of employment at the same time as the foreign exchange entrance to the country. Tourism in the world not only attracts tourists to the country, but also gives importance to the holiday of the citizens of the country. Turkey has also been attracting tourists to the country in recent years and made a splash in removing their citizens on vacation. In the service sector, institutionalization is a bit more painful than other sectors. Institutionalization and continuity are becoming more difficult as institutionalization is seasonal ups and downs. In my study, it was made by way of sampling from tourism travel partners.
