Abstract (EN)

Organizational justice is one of the basic factors affecting the attitudes and behaviors of persons towards their organizations. Organizational cynicism, which is called negative attitudes and behaviors such as disappointment and insecurity, is formed as a result of the perception of injustice regarding the practices of the organization. The high perception of organizational justice also decreases organizational cynicism attitudes towards organizations. In this study, it was aimed to determine the organizational justice perceptions and organizational cynicism attitudes of academic staff. The study was carried out by 15 academic staff who were selectednon-accidental judicial sampling methodfrom the academic staff working at Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Semi-structured interview method was preferred as data collection. In the interview form, 11 questions about organizational justice perception and 3 questions about organizational cynicism were asked. Descriptive analysis method, which is one of the qualitative methods, was used to evaluate the findings. As a result of the study, although the perception of organizational justice of the academic staff is partially negative, it has been positive in general. In addition, it was found that the perception of distributional justice and the perception of interactional justice from the sub-dimensions of organizational justice were higher than the perception of procedural justice. On the other hand, it has also been observed that there is a feeling of frustration, anger and burnout due to reasons such as injustices in academic upgrades, inability to provide cadres in time and intensive work tempo.
