Abstract (EN)

Object: The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of the collective competence levels and the effiacy level of amateur football teams – athletes who participated in AYDIN Super Amateur League competitions held in 2018 - 2019 Term. Material and Method: The total of 312 players from 14 teams in AYDIN Super Amateur League competitions held in 2018 - 2019 Term are participated in the study. Group Environment Questionnaire ( GEQ ) and Collective Efficiacy Scale ( CES ) will be used to collect the datas. The measurements will be carried out in pre-season and first season of the league. The datas obtained from the study will be analyzed with SPSS 23 statistics programme. At the end of this research, the differences in team performances have been defined based on the results developed from the group cohesion and efficiacy level analysis. Results: According to the analysis, those teeams performances have been defiend based on the resluts developed from group cohesion and efficiacy level. Unity and social dimensions effect to the prformance is lower than the teams which are task efficiacy. Conclusion: Group Environment Questionnaire ( GEQ ) and Collective Efficiacy Scale ( CES ) and the comparison of the collective competence levels and the effiacy level is been affected the performance .
