Abstract (EN)
In the study, attention was drawn to the issues that the US Federal Reserve paid attention to while taking the policy decision. Influencing factors were examined in 5 different groups and mixed models, among them earnings, trade, production, purchasing and labor. The decisions taken by the US Federal Reserve affect the whole world and countries. The effects of the US Federal Reserve' s interest rate decisions made between the years 2011-2022 were examined. It has been observed that the parameters grouped according to 44 policy interest interventions of the US Federal Reserve in a 10-year period and the mixed model were effective in the decisions of the US Federal Reserve. The results were obtained by using the binary logistic regression method. It is interpreted that the changes in the examined factors will be effective when the US Federal Reserve intervenes in the market in the future. The interest rate interventions to be made by the US Central Bank directly affect the global economic balances. The increase in the policy rates of the US Central Bank will put pressure on developing countries and commodity prices. Otherwise, it creates a positive situation in developing countries. In shOrtalama, the US Federal Reserve (FED) decisions are made according to a specific event and market conditions. The analyzed data confirm this situation
