Supplier selection using analitic network process and application in car rental sector

In this study, it has been determined which brand vehicles will be used with multi criteria decision-making methods. According to this study, decision making theory, multi-criteria decision making techniques and Analytical Network process are mentioned. The supply chain concept and supplier selection are explained. Based on expert opinion, supplier selection was made in the sector related to Analytical Network process. The main and sub-criteria that should be used when selecting suppliers are determined. The relationships between these criteria were determined. The benchmark weights were determined through expert opinion. The analytical network process, which is a decision-making technique, has been calculated with Super Decisions, a support software that implements the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) and Analytical Network Process (ANP), and the best supplier selection has been made.
